Why do you love VIVE?
I love that VIVE is a place where everyone is welcomed, encouraged and supported no matter where they are starting from. It's a place where I can show up as I am, challenge myself, and leave every class feeling stronger and accomplished. Also, there is nothing quite like a dark room with loud music to forget about everything else for a little bit.

What makes you happy?
Family, friends, my dog, being outdoors (preferably near a beach with water) and adventures with any of those things involved.

Current favourite song?
I could never just pick one! My music choices change from day to day and no genre is off limits - I will listen to it all!

Where can we find you when you're not at VIVE?
Outside of VIVE, you'll most likely find me out for a walk with my dog Phoebe, or saying yes to whatever side quest my friends have invited me on!
