Bike Setup
Getting your bike set up correctly ensures a safe and effective ride. Here’s how:
Seat Height – Stand next to your bike. The seat should be roughly hip height. When seated, your legs should have a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.
Seat Position – Adjust the seat forward or backward so that your knees are aligned over the pedals when pedaling.
Handlebar Height – Start with the handlebars at seat level for comfort. Raise them if you need extra support for your back or shoulders.
Shoes in the Pedals – Secure your feet in the toe clips.
Test Your Setup – Spin for a few seconds to make sure you feel comfortable and can move freely without strain.
Tip: Ask an instructor for help if you’re unsure. Proper setup prevents injury and improves your ride experience! CLICK HERE TO WATCH!!
