Why do you love VIVE?

What I love most about Vive is how a space & a group of people can transform the way you feel the second you step into it, you instantly feel energized, inspired, and like the best version of yourself!

What makes you happy?

I feel happiest when I’m listening to music, anything with a beat has got my name on it! Dancing, singing & spinning!

Current favourite song?

My all time fav song is the fun remix of Love Me Like You Mean It by Dave Aude — you’ll definitely hear it every once in a while during my classes, makes for a perfect race track !!

Where can we find you when you're not at VIVE?

You can always find me taking content ;) When I’m not at VIVE, I’m running my business, The Marketing Collective, with my sister, on another spontaneous trip to Calgary, spending time with my friends & family or drinking matcha!
