Why do you love VIVE?

I love vive because as soon as I step into the room I get out of my head and get lost in the beat of the music. The energy in the room is contagious and the space is welcoming. The minute the lights turn down and the music gets louder I can just focus in and get ready to sweat.

What makes you happy?

The sun, the ocean, music, a good sweat, my circle of people, my kids, and coffee

Current favourite song?

This is hard because it is forever changing. I mostly like EDM, especially anything with a big beat drop. I also love 90s hip-hop.

Where can we find you when you're not at VIVE?

In my garden, looking for the sun, hanging out with my kids, or spending time with friends.
